Meet Lily

Hello! I’m Lily Eisenmann, owner and pastry chef at Kairos Bakehouse. I figured it was past time I introduced myself.

It’s hard to write about yourself without feeling like you’re patting yourself on the back, so I’ll keep it short and sweet: here’s what matters to me, and a little about me.

How I got here

  1. 2023

    Culinary school in Boulder, Colorado.

  2. Graduated

    With honors from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, as a pastry chef.

  3. Externship

    At The Wolf’s Tailor in Denver, at the end of my program. Check them out next time you’re there. PS: you’ll need a reservation!

  4. Original plan

    A food truck in my Poppa’s old RV.

  5. Actual plan

    A restored 1939 Catholic church, with the help of family, friends, and people I didn’t even know I needed until this plan unrolled!
